Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is looking for Customer Service Reps at a FORTUNE 100 client in Warrendale, PA for a 6+ month contract! Job Duties: Make 50-70 outbound calls per day to obtain DME equipment (pumps/inhalation devices) back from patients for maintenance Schedule pickup of devices with UPS/FedEx Requirements: High school diploma or GED Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database programs (Excel) Previous customer service or collections experience preferred Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour It's a great opportunity so apply today!!
