Kelly Services is seeking an experienced CDO Compliance Analyst for our national financial client in downtown Boston, MA. This is a full time, long term temporary position through year end, possibly longer. Pay is $26/hr. with benefits available in the first 30 days and M-F 8:30am-5:30pm schedule.
Job Duties
The CDO Compliance Analyst will assist with the creation of monthly and quarterly investor reports. Interacts with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies as needed. Interprets the reporting sections of governing deal documents and assist with report setup where applicable. Assists with modeling of calculations for both investor reporting as well as waterfall payments.
Minimum Qualifications
Business, economics, or accounting degree
2+ years work experience in structured finance, CDO/CLO, fund services or syndicated bank loan experience
MS Office proficient
