Entry Level QA Lab Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a Lab Tech to assist with the collecting of samples from the lines, performing checks and analytical's on these samples and record the results in the IQS System.- Basic understanding of the hot fill process and flow- Performs and understands reasons for required analytical testing- Understands basic HACCP requirements- Thorough knowledge of GMPS and lab safety requisites- Calibrate lab equipment - Test finished product and inbound materials in compliance with Quality standards and documentation requirements- Maintain a current understanding of the MCP, micro and sanitation functions Your shift and schedule will be determined according to business needs.Requirements- Clear understanding and working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP requirements, Sanitation, and Quality Systems- High School diploma or GED- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and IQS- Clear understanding of beverage analyticalHighlights3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
