Site Logistics Clerk /Switchboard Receptionist - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is looking for experienced Site Logistics Clerk /Switchboard Receptionist in the Channahon, IL area. Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria: Customer Service and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Products) also SAP preferred. HS or GED required, some college coursework preferred. Will effectively use SAP program to enter truck arrival information, update weight data, generate shipping papers and Certificates of Analysis, and goods issues all gate product shipments. Perform special paperwork requests per customer order - special instructions including faxing documents, providing bar code labels, and filing all shipping documents. Monitor open orders and communicates to Site Logistics personnel non-compliance of scheduled shipments. Mange all time slot bookings on gate shipments.
