Material Handler - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is looking for experienced and trained material handlers for a top Medical Device Company in Memphis, TN.   Recent warehouse experience operating various types of material handling equipment such as (reach truck, cherry picker and pallet jack is a plus).  You must be able to work a 1st shift and overtime on the front end and back end of the shift. You must have 6 months or more of warehouse distribution experience. The pay rate for this position is 11.00 per hour, long term and possible temp to hire position.   Shift time: 6 a.m. , 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. or until work is complete (which can be as late at 9 p.m.) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay rate: 11 per hour OVERTIME IS MANDATORY!!!!! Job Duties: - Must be able to operate the cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack and the clamp sheet   and slip sheet are a plus but not required. - Must be able to work in the receiving department unloading trailers by hand onto a      conveyor that  feeds to a palletizer machine  - Must have general knowledge of material and distribution process - Must be able to process orders - Meet productivity set by management without damage to product - Prepares, loads, shipping and receiving - Process and stage damaged product in accordance with SOP’s - Inspect trailers and complete documentation before each load - Must use correct pallets and packaging (as required by customer or country) to    ship product - Use a Radio Frequency Terminal / Scan gun to process product throughout warehouse     Job Requirements You must have 6 months or more of recent warehouse experience RF scan gun experience is required Forklift experience on the reach truck, cherry picker, pallet jack, clamp and slip sheet are all a plus but not required Ability to lift 3-4 pounds daily Ability to load and unload trucks daily Ability to stand for long periods of time You must be able to work 8-12 hours per day and work (meaning working until the work is done) Must be able to prove you have your High School Diploma or GED is asked   For immediate consideration please apply to this job posting.    You may also contact Adrianne Jefferson at at 901-302-7605 or email your resume to jeffeal@kellyservices.com  Please do not contact the local Kelly Offices as Adrianne Jefferson is the main point of contact.   Thank you for your interest in working with Kelly Services.
