Job DescriptionLooking for a new career? We are looking for strong customer service representatives for temp to hire positions with our customer in Mason, OH. Pay rate to start is $13.62/hr. Excellent Schedule! Hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday!Job description: Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and/or online chat. Answer insurance benefit questions regarding eligibility and claim details. Review claims details, research payment issues, and investigate claim questions. EXPERIENCE: Call Center experience is preferred. One to two years of experience in a professional business environment is preferred. Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry a plus. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent telephone skills Excellent active listening and comprehension skills Ability to demonstrate empathy to the caller s situation Ability to provide exceptional customer service Exhibit resourcefulness in resolving problem situations Manage time and multiple tasks effectively EDUCATION High School diploma required College or University degree (preferred )These positions will be starting very soon!
