Paraprofessionals often specialize in areas helping students with special needs or those who need tutoring.All positions require high ethical standards, professionalism and effective interpersonal skills interacting with students, teachers, administrators, and parents in addition to:1. High School Diploma (60 college credits Preferred)2. Six months to a year's worth of experience working with school aged children 3. Flexibility to teach in two out of the four districts4.
