Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for a mechanical assembler for one of our manufacturing clients in Fridley, MN. Hours: 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - ThursdayPay: $15.00 to 15.50/hrTemp-to-HireJOB SUMMARY:Must be knowledgeable of all assemblies built in mechanical assembly area and ensure PC boards and mechanical assemblies are built per customer specification and other documentation.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Set-up and operate tools including hand tools, air and electric torque drivers, and manual arbor presses-Assembler may also be responsible to fold boxes, package and label product-Understand and follow rules and guidelines regarding ESD, 5S and safety-Responsible for completing and filing all BTW required paperworkRequirementsQUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:-Minimum high school education or GED-Must have knowledge of electronics-Six months PCB and mechanical assembly experience preferred-Must be able to read and understand documentation and procedures-Must have ability to work efficiently and work well in a team environment- Must be punctual and have good attendancePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ACTIVITY:-Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job-Lift maximum of 30 lbs.-Be able to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
