Lubricious Operator - Full-time / Part-time

PURPOSE:  Responsible for loading, dipping, and unloading the lubricious product.   MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Loads, dips, and unloads catheter funnels on manifolds. Places catheters onto drying racks. Performs rework as needed. Must be able to lift racks weighing up to 25 lbs. and place on trucks as high as 76”. Must have accurate record keeping skills. Must follow all GMP/BOP guidelines. Maintain clean and organized work area as outlined in the GMPs. Must be able to lift totes weighing up to 35 lbs. Other duties as assigned.   EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Accurately able to measure weight, volume and temperature.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; stand; use hands or arms (to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls) and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  The employee is not subjected to noise above OSHA levels without providing hearing protection, which will attenuate the noise to less than 85 db.
