Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Agent - CSA is expected to perform Outbound, Inbound and Customer Service. CSA-s are expected to represent the organization with our client, their customers and prospects and fellow employees.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate by telephone with various businesses or consumers relative to information. Must be willing and able to be oriented for and run any Inbound, Outbound or Customer Service program as deemed necessary by Production management.Secure and complete accurate data relative to assigned programs.Strictly adhere to all scripts, telemarketing guides and telemarketing applications during the telephone communication process.Adhere to the established qualitative standards for production performance.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor within the organization and with prospects and fellow employees and fully adhere to The Employee code of Conduct.Abide by all policies and procedures with respect to Confidentiality and client/customer information.Performs other duties as assigned from time to time from Senior Management, Directors, OIC-s, or Supervisors.RequirementsPrevious customer experience is not requiredHighlightsFlexible scheduleAdvancement opportunities.
