Job Description

As the Administrative Assistant you will provide support to our SVP, Director of Stores. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and serving as a liaison between regional store management and the SVP, Director of Stores.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for…
  • Taking and transcribing dictation, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Maintaining store organizational charts
  • Managing the SVP, Director of Stores calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Screening incoming calls and correspondence
  • Arranging detailed travel itineraries and reservations and submitting expenses for reimbursement

  • 2-4 of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to interact with employees on all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate accuracy, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
