A Day in the Life of a Cleaning Technician

Since cleaning is your passion, you'll eagerly approach each work day. Your tried and true cleaning techniques, as well as our high standards of cleaning excellence, will leave the job you perform sparkling and our clients beaming with delight. Your trustworthy and reliable work ethic will set our clients at ease.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms/break rooms
• Replenish restrooms/break rooms
• Empty trash
• Empty recycle bins
• Clean desks and offices where applicable
• Clean tables in conference room/clean floors /clean locker rooms
• Vacuum offices and common areas
• Clean interior glass
• Clean drinking fountains
• Dust partitions, cabinets and vents
• Mop floors
• Clean lobby/common areas
• Dusting/Vacuum
• Work With Chemicals
• Operate chemical dispensing units
• Properly measure chemicals that are not provided in dispenser form
• Understand how to read SDS sheets
• Properly label chemicals
• Wear proper PPE when working with chemicals

Physical Capabilities Required

• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
• Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Possible exposure to chemicals requiring safety equipment.
• Ability to use motorized equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety material and facility required documents.

Job Applicant Qualifications

• Possesses a passion for cleanliness.
• Janitorial or other professional cleaning experience preferred but will consider those who are hard-working and have experience with physical labor.
• Enjoys and demonstrates a professional work ethic.
• Owns a reliable, insured motor vehicle and has a valid driver's license.
• Holds a High School diploma or GED.
• Willing to submit to and pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work weekends.
