Duties & Responsibilities
Prioritize requests and manage information effectively
Prepare materials for meetings and presentations including agendas, hand-outs etc...
Draft professional correspondence with accuracy
Create and manage files -- both electronic and hard copy
Coordinate and maintain calendar for both business and personal
Compile expense reports for reimbursement and other financial records as needed
Qualifications
5+ years' experience working one on one with a top level executive
Highly motivated team player who understands that the work being done is toward the benefit of Electric Client Installation Co.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must possess natural organizational talents and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
Proficient in MS Office Suite
