ASSISTANT MANAGERassists the Service Center Manager (SCM) in the daily operation and oversight of the service center. These duties may include running the daily operations in the absence of the SCM including conducting physical inventories, employee training, Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance, policy and procedure compliance, invoice audits, product ordering, receipt of materials, etc. Also, responsible for employee training, coaching, counseling and discipline at the direction of or in the absence of the Service Center Manager.
SERVICE CENTER MANAGER position is responsible for the overall operations of a service center including Hiring, Training, Discipline of employees, Customer service, Maintaining store inventories and housekeeping, and achieving profit plan, ensuring all environmental requirements are met and ensure all company policies are followed
