MENTOR Oregon is seeking a Float Direct Support Professional (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a residential setting. Our Float DSP's work shifts at various programs across the Portland area while filling in for staff that may be out on vacation or on paid leave. We are looking for a full-time Float DSP to work a minimum of 30 hours a week. Float DSP will be scheduled to work on a twelve hour split, meaning you’d need to be either available for shifts during morning/day hours or swing/graveyard hours.
