Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with a committed healthcare company, is seeking Administrative Customer Service Specialists to assist callers during open benefits enrollment.
Individuals will be accepting payments by phone from customers and performing administrative tasks. Position will also include providing guidance and answering questions regarding Medicare, the Affordable Care Act and other insurance coverage questions.
Position will be approximately 2-3 months and will start late November/early December 2017.
Hours will be 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday - PLEASE DO NOT POST IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WORK THESE HOURS.
Salary $13.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years administrative / office experience
- Must possess excellent customer skills
- Minimum 35 wpm typing required
- Must have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have the ability to commit to the full length of the temporary contract position
- Background check and drug screen will be required
