Description: 
Coach and evaluate team members on their performance. Drive store safeness programs. Lead a team responsible for merchandise protection tactics. Initiate theft apprehensions when appropriate. 
 

Qualifications: 
Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills. Ability to calmly and respectfully approach guests or team members. Ability to handle information with accuracy, security and confidentiality. Ability to move around all areas of the store quickly and discretely. Technical competence to ensure critical equipment is functioning properly.
