What are pay structure looks like; Well let me start with - it looks grear. We have a guaranteed hourly pay that we offer. Here’s part of the greatness: IT'S NEGOTIABLE what your starting rate with us is, and NO IT'S NOT MINIMUM WAGE, not even close. To make this even better you receive commission and bonuses on top of your hourly pay!

Qualifications: 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 6 months experience required; retail sales acceptable.
• Sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Outstanding service etiquette.
• High school or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
