Job Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is part of the Salesforce team that is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the Salesforce platform and related systems. In this role you will be part of a fast-paced team supporting a high-availability system that requires you to work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and rollout functionality that delivers the company's vision and strategy. The Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Salesforce.

Job Responsibilities

*Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps; generate new ideas that increase adoption and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
*Manage the feature intake framework - Document and organize new feature requests among ongoing projects to be prioritized
*Develop Business Requirement Documents for Salesforce related Projects & Enhancements
*Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
*Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions on-time
*Responsible for the development and organization of Salesforce Dashboards & Reports
*Develop unit test cases and user guides for new and existing product features
*Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
*Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
*Support the Marketing team in gathering requirements and a building technology strategy for marketing initiatives
*Maintain a healthy research and/or education status to keep up with technology's fast pace growth

Preferred Experience

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Deep understanding of project life cycle
*Proven track record of managing multiple projects through the project life cycle
*Solid technical background with understanding of development and web technologies
*Strong problem solving skill and willingness to dive into the details
*Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
*MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, or Equivalent preferred
*Salesforce and Pardot (or other CRM/email automation platform) experience preferred
*Knowledge in SQL a plus
