The SFDC Developer is part of a team responsible for the ideation and development of cloud-based applications that integrate an ecosystem of proprietary, third-party, and open source tools. In this role you will work with stakeholders and customers to find novel technical solutions to real business problems. You must have a demonstrated ability to execute the development of complex requirements and thoroughly document technical system and program level changes. You are someone who loves solving problems and getting things done, likes working fast and agile, and are able to accurately communicate technical details to other technically-oriented peers. Job Responsibilities
  • 3+ years Salesforce.com application development and complex configuration (Workflow Logic, Field Validation, etc.)
  • Integration troubleshooting and data management
  • Case/Ticket management - Defect Resolution and Enhancement Requests
  • Must work closely with the SFDC Administrator/Systems Analyst, SAP developers, and Ecommerce developers to effectively implement defined development tasks
  • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity and priority
  • Identify opportunities and risks, formulate recommendations, and manage/execute development
  • Construct custom views with automated business processes on the SFDC platform
  • Maintain a healthy research and/or education status to keep up with technologies fast pace growth
  • Provide concise and transparent updates on current work
  • Develop utilizing industry and platform best practices

Preferred Experience

  • Strong knowledge on system integrations with Salesforce.com with a track record of completing salesforce.com integrations and projects in development
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce.com applications
  • Good understanding of data driven application
  • Database Experience (SQL & Non-SQL) - migrations, cleanup, and validation
  • Complex SFDC Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visual Force Page development
  • Experienced in common Web Development languages - HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience designing and implementing Custom Apps and working with API communication (REST/SOAP) preferred
  • Knowledge of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ as well as portal features
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • SFDC Developer Certification a plus (DEV 501)
