The Operations Center Information Analyst will provide direct-support services to the financial sector business-information and communications operations hub. Responsible for providing a superior level of service; compiling reports, data, and business intelligence to assist in business continuity, resiliency and incident management. The Operation Center Analyst is expected to build upon a culture of employee engagement and set the example for all employees in the branch of servant leadership and personal commitment to the Whelan Values.

Qualifications

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • Demonstrate a stable work history
  • Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessment)
  • 0-4 years’ experience in customer service, technology, business, or communications areas or closely related fields
  • Experience in Intelligence cycle and business processes desired but not required
  • Two years’ experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Notifind, or comparable content management system
  • Familiarity at MS Excel and/or MS Access is desired
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve in high stress environments
  • Ability to organize, coordinate and execute administrative support tasking
  • Ability to compose, write and deliver pertinent analytical information products
Education

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) – college degree preferred
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Four-year college degree in business, economics, communications, IT, psychology or closely related field (or equivalent previous work experience)
  • Certificates showing specializations are desired but not required
