Machine Operator | 2nd, 3rd Shift - Full-time / Part-time

Company in Huntley, IL is looking for machine operators to join their 2nd and 3rd shift teams. This is a long term, permanent position with a growing company.

Machine Operator Duties:

• Sets up thermoforming machines for operation per job specifications.
• Mounts dies and molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.
  Engages machine to produce thermoformed parts and maintains continuous operation.
• Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks. Performs routine maintenance on thermoforming machines.
• Completes required job tickets.
• Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.
• Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• 6 months set up experience
• 1 year production experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good leadership skills

Hours: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3 PM - 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11 PM - 7 AM
