Supply Chain Analyst

This is an outstanding direct hire position with a growing manufacturing company in McHenry county. One of our top clients is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to add to their team. My client is a nationwide organization that truly cares about it's employees. This individual will get to work in a newly remodeled building with an incredible team. This Supply Chain Analyst position will pay up to 80K.

Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:

• Assist in supplier quality and performance evaluation
• Monitoring and participating in development of key performance metrics.
• Enhancing capabilities in material management, material resource planning (MRP), pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts 
• Enhance supply chain engagement in the sales, operations, and financial planning
• Participating in lean supply chain focused kaizen events and implementing continuous improvement actions resulting from these events.

Supply Chain Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or another related field
• Purchasing / sourcing experience of 3-5 years
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and communicate technical information related to products and customers' applications
• Skills and process knowledge in material accountability, mix variation, variance analysis, material management, MRP, pull systems, flow, and lean concepts
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
