Back-of-House Team Member - Part-time

Position & Candidate Summary:

Reports directly to all management and trainers. Individual focuses on the preparation of food and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day. An ideal candidate will keep food quality and portioning in mind at all times. This ideal candidate will have to move at a very fast pace in order to serve our guests in the fastest way possible. All team members will compete a two week training process to broaden their knowledge of the back-of-house. During training, the ideal candidate will be expected to continuously improve, gain valuable knowledge, and demonstrate their potential.

All team members are expected to work at their full potential at all times. Chick-fil-A is known for their fast service and it is important to maintain that expectation from our guests. It is expected for team members to want to gain new knowledge and positional expertise in order to master and display strength in their respected positions.

Build connections with other employees in order to work as a team. Teamwork is crucial in completing our overall mission. Continues to keep busy throughout slower sales periods and helps other team members in the process. All team members are expected to create a positive atmosphere and maintain a friendly environment.

Self-Organization and Punctuality

 Being punctual to all shifts is essential   Must be an organized individual who is capable of planning ahead and always being engaged in their work. Team members must demonstrate organization in their stations and keeping their area clean at all times.
