Yes, Potbelly is opening soon near Chandler Fashion Center and we are looking for strong leaders to help establish and grow this Chicago-born cult-classic in your town. We have shops across Arizona already, and more shop openings means more opportunities for you to grow and develop and move up and along the Potbelly Path.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is looking for friendly and outgoing hourly Crew Members—a.k.a. our Sandwich Makers, Shake Makers, and Cashiers ---who enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Potbelly Sandwich Works is your neighborhood sandwich shop that offers an eclectic, homey environment with live music. What could be better than working in a friendly atmosphere, listening to live music, chatting with cool customers all day long, and getting crazy deals on the best sandwiches in town?

As one of our hourly Crew Members, you will get the experience of a lifetime. Customer Service is our forte so you must like to make people REALLY happy. We also sell A LOT of sandwiches so you need to like to work in a fast paced environment as well. If you're looking to show off your sandwich making skills, meet awesome people on a daily basis, have something to do in between your classes, or just make some extra cash (did I mention we pay really well?), then Potbelly is the place for you. Associate Functions

• Demonstrates and reinforces Potbelly's Behaviors and Values
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.)
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety of shop.
• Engage in friendly conversation with customers in line.
• Other Key Functions: Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by Manager.
