The Web/Systems Administrator is responsible for adjusting, monitoring, troubleshooting and overall efficient operation of the office systems.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong IT profile that will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the office infrastructure; also, collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and processes.
The Web/Systems Administrator will become an integral part of the company, making every problem of the platform a problem of your own, and solving them accordingly.
Position Responsibilities
Monitor emerging technology developments and identify innovations with potential high payoffs.
Align computer and voice systems technologies to compliment and support business/strategic plans.
Make recommendations for new/altered technologies that would contribute to cost savings and/or productivity improvements.
Provide for efficient computer and voice system operation, including CPU use, peripheral operation, and application performance statistics.
Deploy and manage applications
Website development from code to production and deployment
Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools
Develop and maintain configuration management solutions
Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure
Establish system management criteria. Develop, maintain, and monitor procedures and policies.
Establish parameters for team members; including temporary workspace, test files, etc.
Coordinate interface engine to ensure successful operation.
Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients, to ensure efficient processes.

Strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Solid understanding of troubleshooting and problem analysis procedures
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
