Staffmark currently has an opening for a talented individual to fill the role of Office Assistant in Springdale, Ar, As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible
Answering/Transferring Phones-
Collect Rents from walk-in Tenants and deliver to Assistant Property Manager
Take checks to appropriate bank where operating account is held
sign for FedEx/UPS/Elliot Electric deliveries
Check Mail- daily and help sort
Work Orders- Submit work orders
Grocery / office supplies- pick up grocery/supply orders
Assemble data
Create invoices
