About this job
Property Management company needs a reliable Custodial Technician.
Must have Experience / minimum of 1 year in a non residential environment.
- MUST have valid Drivers License and your own transportation
- Follow 'Job Cards'
- Cleaning of all Management and Leasing offices, hallways, lobby, and elevators
- Daily trash disposal to outside unit - must be able to lit 50 lbs.
- monitor cleaning supplies and submit requests for reorders
- able to following instructions to mix cleaning solutions etc.
- Assist in prepping vacant suites with maintenance team.
$10.00/ hour. Hours 8:00 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Immediate start.
