Leasing Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

Apartment Leasing Consultants needed for 2 sites, 1 in Monroeville and 1 in Jefferson Hills. These are Direct Hire placements with a very reputable property management company. Candidate must have a minimum of an Associates Degree with a Bachelors degree preferred. Candidate must have strong sales abilities. Will be responsible to responding to customers who are reaching the complex by phone, email or on line. Will be showing apartments to potential customers. Candidates will greet customer, explain pricing, give tours of apartments. Candidates must be able to work over 40 hours each week. Candidates must be able to work some evenings/weekends. Candidates will follow up on leads and do marketing tasks. Outgoing and positive attitudes needed. $11-15/hour based on experience.
