Shift Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Zelienople Subway team is expanding and we are seeking a candidate for a Shift Supervisor position to help train our high school and college aged staff. We are a high volume location in a fast-paced and fun environment. 

This job will be approximately 40 hours per week and consists of varying daylight, night, and weekend shifts. The Shift Supervisor position will report to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Job Responsbilities:

• Food preparation, including cutting vegebables, baking bread, and more
• Cleaning dishes, restrooms, and general restaurant
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Working alongside team members to provide quick, efficient, and friendly service to all customers
• Training new team members
• Reviewing monthly promotional materials and helping the Store Manager and Assistant Manager prepare
• Ongoing online training in proper Subway procedures
• Accurate money controls and record-keeping on a digital Point Of Sale system
• Other duties as assigned

Supervisory experience not required, although highly recommended. Food experience a plus. We have opportunities to grow in our company as not only our business grows, but we are currently building a new location in the community and will be seeking to train Managers and Assistant Managers for the store from within our current staff. 

Pay dependent on experience and availability. Starting pay is between $9-$10 per hour, but goes up upon successful completion of training and job responsibilities.
