Aerotek is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Loan Office in Columbia, South Carolina. This individual will be responsible for handling administrative work to support branch office manager at a loan financing company.

Job duties consist of:

  • One on one interactions with clients via phone and in person
  • Qualifying clients for new loans
  • Educating customers on loan terms and meeting with clients and processing loans
  • Maintaining confidential information
  • Documenting data in appropriate files and on the record keeping system
  • Calling back sheet accounts
  • Collecting payments
  • Organizing and filing data
  • Assisting with filing suits and updating registers

Customer Service Representatives make around 80 calls a day but will also have some face to face interactions. At a minimum you will be making 60 calls (75 collection calls, 10 soliciting calls).

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
