About this job
One of Massachusetts' largest Call Centers is in need of Customer Service Representatives. On a daily basis these individuals will perform over 200 Inbound/Outbound phone calls relating to Collections and Customer Service. Any Customer Service experience is a huge plus. Bilingual in Spanish is also a huge plus.
