Production Supervisor

Aerotek is looking a Production Supervisor to place on site with a client in the Beliot, WI area.

This Production Supervisor would work on the production line at our client.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with union employees to monitor engine production and guide employees in best practices.
• Report out on day to day metrics, do daily production meetings, help troubleshoot first line issues in production.

Requirements for the Production Supervisors include but not limited to:

• 3-5+ years facilities supervisory background
• 3-5+ years union background strongly desired
• Technical degree or experience strongly desired
• Understanding or 3-5+ years of maintenance background.
