A mutual insurance company in Spokane Valley is seeking talented customer service-oriented individuals to join their growing team!
Position Summary:
In compliance with state licensing requirements, these individuals will handle telephone calls and other contacts to conclusion. These individuals will be taking anywhere from 15-40 customer calls daily answering questions in regards to their insurance policies.
Position Duties:
- Takes in-bound calls and assist the insured with any and all questions/ concerns
- Maintains documentation of transactions and maintains the integrity of all information
- Develops customer needs and services each account in compliance with Sales and Service Standards
- Handles files accurately and in a timely manner
- Approaches all responsibilities with a positive, professional outlook
- May be called upon to handle duties as required
Position Requirements
- Requires regular working of weekends and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General computer proficiency
Schedule:
Schedule will be consistent week-to-week
Midweek days off to be either Tues/Wed or Thurs/Fri
Weekday hours: 2:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.
Weekend hours: 1:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
