About this job

The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling front desk duties and inbound/outbound calls from customers and/or clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing order entry on behalf of this inspection company.

The company does residential and commercial inspections often on behalf of municipalities or utility companies.


This position is a six month contract-to-hire opportunity and the hours of operation are 7:30am-4:00pm.

Must have:
- Recent and relevant work history
answering phones in both a business to business and business to consumer capacity while performing order entry at the same time. Manufacturing, utilities or municipality type background.

- Ability to lift over 25 pounds (they work with a large scanner which is heavy to load).

- Data Entry alphanumeric (6,000 KPH+).

- Previous experience having used Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting

-Previous experience working with municipalities, utilities or homeowners on an administrative and/or customer service basis.
