Summary

Aerotek is currently looking for an experienced customer service representative to come and work within one of the leading Health care Providers within Westchester County. We are looking for someone with experience speaking with customers over the phones and experience within a health care setting.

Description

  • Handle high volume of inbound phone calls from customers or providers checking the status of their procedure
  • Assist customers with any questions or concerns they have about the procedure
  • Update customer demographics within the database as needed

Qualifications

  • Health care experience a must
  • Minimum of 1 years customer service experience
  • Minimum of Associates Degree preferred
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Details

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm OR 9:00am-6:00pm

*Schedule could change so flexibility is a must*

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

($34,000 salary upon going permanent with the company)
