Technical Lab Associate

Now hiring individuals who are passionate for health care. We are hiring for a Technical Lab Associate for a reputable Hospital Laboratory in Hershey.

2nd shift: 3:30p-12p

Major Job Duties

• Specimen prep, processing and testing
• Receive laboratory samples and check them for accuracy
• Ensures quality control, instrument and equipment check procedures, and maintains related records
• Check specimens for contamination
• Prepare excess urine samples for storage or retesting
• Ensure that all analysis and preparation stages are documented properly
• Manage data entry tasks associated with punching in patient specimen information in the lab database
• No medical monitoring

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related field
• Experience with lab equipment
