Echocardiograph Technologist - Full-time / Part-time

Summary of Duties: Under the direction of the Cardiologist or supervising technologist, the Echocardiograph Technologist performs echocardiograms at a competent technical level the does not require supervision of technical details.

The Echocardiograph Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative to apply ultrasound diagnosis.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum one year working experience in Echocardiology preferred Must pass either RDCS or RCS registry exam within one year of hire Must possess Current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Certification Meets unit specific requirements for competencies such as EKG Rhythm Recognition course.

Works well with others in a team-oriented environment, including support of other co-workers' job duties in a manner that further advances the goals and objectives of the whole organization
