The Customer Service Representatives at Wireless Lifestyle plays an exciting role to provide an exceptional greeting and presentation to our daily customers. The CSR position interacts with customers and steps in to participate and complete tasks related to the complete transaction and satisfaction of our customers.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide and exceptional customer experience; offering a personal welcome to incoming and interaction with customers
2. Direct customers to the area or person that meets their specific needs
3. Program and activate phones for customers
4. Conduct after-purchase calls to customers to address any questions or additional needs
5. Participate in some operations procedures including removing and receiving inventory
6. Assist to keep the sales floor tidy; manage items that are out of place
7. Manage the traffic in the stores; directing the next in line customer to available reps
8. Engage in conversation and answer basic questions for customers/guests
9. Assist in other tasks and duties assigned by management

Requirements

Job Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent;
2. Outstanding customer service and communication skills
3. Professionalism, energetic, and positive attitude
4. Availability of flexible scheduling to include days, evenings, and weekends
5. Reliable transportation
6. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus


Additional Information
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
