Job description Description Provides planning, management, and oversight to the design, development, and fabrication of electro-mechanical components for DoD weapons systems.  Supports manufacturing validations, process validations, audits, and other engineering functions.  Monitors vendor performance, including resolving production and quality related problems.  Provides identification, potential root cause/corrective action(s), and mitigation of design and test deficiencies and non-conformances.
