Job Description

The Recruitment and Engagement Leader is a critical role to the success of our team. We are looking for an energetic and passionate person to help recruit, interview, hire and train the absolute best professional CAREGivers in the Denver Metro area. You will join an experienced and successful team in our mission to enhance the lives of older adults. Primary Responsibilities

· Develop and implement new recruitment strategies.

· Conduct applicant interviews by phone and in person.

· Schedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation and training.

· Develop and implement CAREGiver engagement strategies.

· Follow up on CAREGiver and Client concerns as needed.

· Monitor, mediate, and log all Client and CAREGiver activity utilizing our software system.

· Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, CAREGivers, Clients and family members.

· Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Complete a criminal background, MVR, drug screen & reference checks
• Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
• Passion and knowledge of aging adult population preferred
