Job Description

The Recruitment and Engagement Leader is a critical role to the success of our team. We are looking for an energetic and passionate person to help recruit, interview, hire and train the absolute best professional CAREGivers in the Denver Metro area. You will join an experienced and successful team in our mission to enhance the lives of older adults. This is a terrific position for someone with sound judgement, a commitment to excellence and a desire for making a difference. Help us change the face of aging as we continue to grow!

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop and implement new recruitment strategies.

· Conduct applicant interviews by phone and in person.

· Schedule and conduct CAREGiver orientation and training.

· Develop and implement CAREGiver engagement strategies.

· Follow up on CAREGiver and Client concerns as needed.

· Monitor, mediate, and log all Client and CAREGiver activity utilizing our software system.

· Demonstrate open and effective communication with colleagues, CAREGivers, Clients and family members.

· Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
