Job Responsibilities/Duties
All-around journeyman, performing all types of electrical work, such as layout on construction wiring, installation, and maintenance of complicated electrical equipment, including switchgear, generating, substation, distribution and control equipment, etc. Take electrical clearance and perform switching operations on high voltage electrical circuits. Perform expert trouble shooting and writing on complicated equipment and/or rewind motors and generators. Direct work of others and perform any assigned electrical work of lesser skill.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Washington State EL01 general Journeyman license or equivalent state license and or military experience preferred, in lieu of license, 8000 documented working OJT hours on industrial projects and 2150 hours of documented state approved classroom electrical training/completed apprenticeship program will be required.
