Product Sales and Services Administrative Assistant - Winter Seasonal - Vail, CO
The Product Sales & Services (PSS) Administrative Assistant is a diverse and important position that provides key administrative support to both Vail Mountain and Vail Resorts PSS. The position requires strong and refined communication skills as it interacts with guests and acts as a liaison between PSS and numerous departments throughout Vail Resorts and the Vail Community. Ideal candidates for this position must be highly trusted and respected individuals who have a desire to be exposed to the heart of the Ski Resort business; they must be motivated self starters and produce a high quality of work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 Years of Office, Administrative and Project Management Experience.
- Vail Mountain Product Sales & Services experience required.
- Exceptionally strong and proven oral and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient in various computer environments including Microsoft Office suite, financial, ERP, SharePoint and other computer based systems.
- RPOS/GuestConnect skills would be preferred.
