The steward position is an entry level kitchen position and their main responsibilities are in the dish room. A self motivated,flexible individual who is dependable team player and has concern for customer service.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Organize and spray dishes as they are loaded in the dish machine.

2. Check all dishes for cleanliness and stock them in designated areas in the kitchen as well as in the cafe. Keep all ice bins filled and keep walk in areas clean.

3. Keep area organized, take out all trash, sweep and mop floor.

4. Other duties as assigned.
