Summary

Retail Customer Service Manager

The Retail Customer Service Manager is the central point for understanding and directing our client’s retail execution requirements in support of growing the client’s POS. This individual will work inside the client’s office in Atlanta, GA and will participate in retail execution planning, tools and reports generation, execution review meetings and conference calls. This associate will work closely with the client’s leadership team, client’s retail executive leadership, and the Advantage DRT management in developing, coordinating, tracking and providing insights for all retail execution programs. This individual will also work in the field quarterly to gain insights on retail needs relative to selling, reporting and communication tools to enhance retail’s ability to execute at store level.

Responsibilities
  • Interacts with client customer team members, client retail leadership, and DRT management in the development of all retail execution requirements per cycle period.
  • Responsible for weekly communication and reporting to the field to enable retail reps to effectively execute against both account programs as well as retail activated selling initiatives
  • Provides all the necessary selling tools and documentation for the field reps to assemble a complete selling story / Pitchbook that enables them to sell against all distribution, merchandising, and selling initiatives and would include:
    • Client POGs & MODs: SKUs by fixtures for quick assessment
    • Client Headquarter Programs: creating sell sheets and SSO
    • Scan Sheets with client’s product line
    • Info Sheets on new items and product knowledge
  • Creates reports against execution and selling results; provides analysis of POS impact of initiatives and develops reporting / initiative tracking tools to be used by DRT and Client.
Qualifications
  • Strong Excel skills mandatory (v-lookup/Pivot Table Creation/Macros/Formulas) as this position builds reports and updates weekly
  • Bachelor’s Degree-Required

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
