Construction Superintendent

We are currently looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead new construction projects locally in the Greenville, NC area.

- Individual will be managing multiple foreman based on the job, with 2-6 crews beneath the foreman per job
- Must be liaison between job site, and general superintendent/Project Manager

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years superintendent experience commercial field.
-Individual will need to come from a commercial background versus residential or industrial

-He/She will be in charge of meeting project schedule, deadlines and expectations
- Knowledge and experience in Timberline
- Candidate must be highly motivated, willing to travel to work on site 100% of the time, and have project management responsibilities
- Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, perform safety meetings and rectify unsafe job conditions immediately.
