Massanutten Resort is a top snowsports learning destination we're looking for passionate snow-loving staff that want to get out on the hill and help our guests discover the thrill of mountain sports.  

Ski and Snowboard Instructors  earn money while teaching group lessons and get to ride the mountain in their down time.  You do NOT need to be an expert skier - you just need basic skills paired with great communication, customer service, and leadership. Tryouts are starting now and if you have the right stuff, we can help you become a better skier or rider.
