Sales Support Specialist

Will handle all back office sales support activities. More customer service vs. sales. Once the outside sales rep sells an account, they turn the plans over to the sales support role who will:
*enter quotes
*look up items and get pricing
*contact the customer as needed to get details or answer questions
*accept inbound calls from customers to answer questions or adjust orders
*once the quote is accepted they flip it into an order
*must watch to make sure the order is shipped complete and on time (looking for any line items that might cause a delay)
*Work within the team
*Very detail oriented
