Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Vehicle billing questions
Taking payments
Setting up removals of devices
How to handle a lockout of the device

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Call center experience is highly preferred, at least 6 months. Will consider someone without call center but with a face-to-face customer service background of over 1+ year if they would be a good culture fit and be able to learn to be empathetic on the phone.
