An amazing company in Woodinville is looking for an Sales Client Service Associate.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Enrich sales orders and generate purchase orders in Oracle EBS
* Direct day to day order processes, including timelines, quality, proof approvals, shipping and tracking
* Updating PO's, sending revised artwork and gaining client approval on changes
* Ensure orders are turned over to Post Production Associates within 1 business day of order going into production
* Communicate timely order status to the Account Manager, CSC and/or client
* Proactively manage order milestones and provide solutions to issues
* Inform Supervisor of any potential issues with orders and workload
* Complete Art Tickets, value-added services and other internal documents as requested by the Account Manager
* Partner with various departments within BDA to increase gross profit revenue, minimize cost of goods sold and ensure customer satisfaction while leveraging overall BDA spend.
* Identify and act on selling added value services (e.g., creative, fulfillment, printing)
* Provide outstanding customer service in handling issue resolution and customer escalations.
* Achieve individual performance metrics and measurements
* Maintain high levels of professionalism when interacting with BDA employees and clients
* Complete other job duties and projects as assigned
Secondary Duties:
* Working with and updating sales person to respond to customer needs
* Creating documents for sales proposals, correspondence and management reports
* Updating and maintaining orders through internal computer system.
* Sourcing products/Identifying & Researching Vendors
* Producing orders from start to finish to the satisfaction of the client
* Creating vendor relationships
* Negotiating prices to maximize profits
* Scheduling and following up on deliveries and shipments to ensure deadlines are met
* Work as a team with sales, creative services, garment services, accounting, warehouse, and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality
* Allow for flexibility and change within the growing department
* Able to handle multiple responsibilities. Able to prioritize effectively
* Maintain High levels of professionalism when interacting with coworkers as well as customers
* Exhibit high levels of customer service to ensure smooth operations and satisfies customers
